4th endurance mountain bike races in the Little Carpathians (Malé Karpaty) in Devinska Kobyla. Race is being held under the patronage of Bratislava district chairman – Ing. Pavol Frešo and major of local part Karlova Ves.

This marathon is part of following series:

SZC Elite Licensees holders and National licenses holders who apply for a long haul race, will automatically receive points to the Slovak Cup.

SZC Junior Licensees holders and National licenses holders, who to apply for a medium track, will automatically receive points to the Slovak Cup.

Only results from Hobby category will be announced during the race. All competitors (with no difference of license possession) belong to this category.

For all categories are points counted the same way.

 

Drivers younger than 18 years can start only with the written consent of the legal representative!

Entrance fee:
€15 – paid by 26.5.2016 with souvenir 
€18 – paid by 09.6.2016 without souvenir
€20 – paid on the day of the race (without souvenir)

Entrance fee include: race number – for those who apply till 06/03/2016 with their names, refreshments on the track, food and drink at the track end, the basic medical assistance will be provided, souvenirs from sponsors, participation in a tombola

• Please take your Proof of payment to the presentation in case of complaints
• Refund of the fee ( a cancellation of the application ) is not possible
• Entry fee can be transferred to another competitor

Prizes:
Prizes will be given to the first 3 competitors in each category.

Tombola:
Each participant will be included in the tombola. The draw will take place immediately after the results announcement of the race. 1st price in raffle is dedicated from Kaktus Bike.

 

Condition of the participation:
- 100 % bicycle condition and state of health of the racing cyclist

- Certified bicycle helmet properly fastened on the head and on the head during the whole duration of the race.

- Racing cyclist riding on the track without a helmet will be punished by disqualification and the starting number will be excluded from the prize draw tombola .

 

 

Parking: will be secured in front of the sports hall IUVENTA, approximately 600 m from the start

 

Ordering racers to start:

Racing cyclists will start the race in the order in which they arrive in the starting corridor. Only racing cyclists are allowed to entry the starting corridor, entrance to the starting corridor is prohibited to accompanying persons. Entrance to the starting corridor is permitted only from back. Entrance to the starting corridor from the front or from sides will not be allowed. A racing cyclist who will try to enter the starting corridor from the front or the side will be notified by organizers and will be reported. The second attempt to enter starting corridor from the front or side will result in racing cyclist disqualification and withdrawal of racing cyclists start number from the prize draw tombola. Therefore we ask racing cyclists who wish to start the race from the front lines to arrive to the start with time reserve.

 

 

 

Services in the place of finish:
- Bike wash will be provided
- Refreshment - food and drink
- Selling and presentation stands of the sponsors

- Showers for the competitors
- Accompanying program

 

Final provisions:
- All competitors start at their own risk

- The organizer is not liable for damages incurred during the participation on the event, nor for any damage caused by them

- All participants must behave sportingly and they must enable faster participants to safely outride them within their capabilities.

- Outside the designated refreshment stations it prohibited to throw away any waste - empty gel tubes, bars packaging, bidons, banana peels etc. Violation of this section shall result in disqualification and withdrawal of racing cyclists start number from prize draw tombola.

- If racing cyclist will leave the track in case of any reason, he/she must return to the track at the same point as he/she left, otherwise he/she will be disqualified ( DSQ )

 

The event will be held in any weather conditions.

If the race could not be carried out due to natural disasters, epidemics or any state of emergency, the entry fee is not refundable to the racing cyclist.
The entry fee payment of racing cyclists who will not participate on the event are not refundable.

Race organiser reserves the right to change the program.

 

Each racing cyclist is acknowledged that during the race there will be Photo Service of Event partner on the track. Along with it the racing cyclists consent that they will receive information email from the Event partner, regarding the photos from the race. This consent is valid for a maximum of 15 days after the end of the event

As Message for the recipient enter the name of racing cyclist

It is necessary to verify if your payment was correctly assignet to your application in online registration system.

 

There is possibility to apply by mail.

You can apply for the race by sending clearly and legibly filled application to the adress Športový klub Devínska Kobyla, Saratovská 6/E, 841 02 Bratislava - Dúbravka,  together with copy of the payment proof (Slip of the postal order, payment order or deposit into account), not later than 07.06.2016.

 

Bring your receipt (proof) of payment to the presentation in case of any complaints.

 

WARNING:
- application for without copy of the payment proof is invalid
- in case you pay for more racing cyclist at once, send all payment proof (s) and all application forms together in one envelop

 

You are considered as racing cyclist, after the entrance fee payment is received and correctly allocated to the application form.
